That’s frustrating
My blog/website and e-mail have been down for two days (two separate occasions) in one week.
I have hosting through Surpass and I’m questioning if I should renew with them.
All of my tech support experiences with them have been frustrating.
They used to be very quick to respond and have lately taken up to EIGHT HOURS to respond to a support request/problem. Also, they have been outright rude to me in the past.
I’m worried about all of my files, etc transferring over, which stinks. I wish I knew just a wee bit more about all of this stuff.

I noticed that your site was down and I was worried! Glad to hear it’s just a technical glitch. Can I recommend Dreamhost? I was with Blogomania for four years before I transferred to DH, and I’ve been very happy with the switch.
