*At my parents’ house, on my mom’s laptop.***
*Sitting in my underwear and a tshirt, nursing a beer that I opened at exactly 10:52a.m. Before noon! Ack! Whatever would Miss Manners say?
*Doing laundry.
***Did I mention that my parents are out of town?
*Catching up on 10 days worth of blogs, journals, random websites, and e-mails.
*Lamenting my lack of internet at my new place, puzzling over my recent decision to use Qwest as my internet provider rather than Comcast, pissed that there are only two choices in this “metropolitan” area, annoyed that Comcast charges $50 for installation when Time Warner used to do it for free, yet happy that I can install my Qwest high-speed DSL myself when it arrives in the mail on Monday.
*Done drinking beer and on to water.
*All caught up on blogs, journals, and other various websites, but not on e-mails.
*Sleepy.
*Going to fold my laundry, take a quick shower, head home, unpack more stuff, and decorate.
In the past week I have:
*watched the Twins beat the White Sox live and in-person (9-2, I believe was the score).
*written letters back and forth with my landlord for documentation (oy).
*worked and worked and worked.
*hung out with friends twice - once at a party, and the other last night at the CC. Good times and lots of signing was/were had by all.
